Hey guys, I have a fix for the new 5G modems gen 2 plus may help with other modems. After spending a day or two trying to get my Xbox from moderate NAT to Open and UPnP not successful to be fixed. This is the fix plus you don’t need to turn of IPv6. On your modem page find network-5G or where the PDP type is and change it to IPv4v6.4 - make sure each xbox is using a different port. 5 - clear mac on both xboxes, and then restart the router. 6 - bingo, all will work. Took me a while, I was only using alt mac on one xbox, this would make 1 xbox work and the other would fail,both using alt mac, and clear mac, worked like a dream.Turn the UPnP setting back on and save your changes.
