Mccoy Logging is a bit of a trap btw. The majority of the loot in the crates is planks and they upped the zombie population quite a bit. But a sledgehammer can spawn there if you want to deal with clearing it. If you're gonna use the sledgehammers as weapon at least stomp on enemies to save durability and energy.
