In the last update of SVE, IF2R and Grandpa's Farm, a LOT of users reported errors with these mods. This happened because they all used the Vortex. Just install mods manually and launch the game through smapi or steam instead of Vortex. Vortex was always a time bomb with Stardew mods, always a possibility it will mess something up.

The things that get you the most points are completing the Community Center (and seeing the event for it) and having your total earnings above 1 million gold. If you've been petting your dog/cat every day that's an easy point, and befriending as many villagers as possible to eight hearts is also not too hard. If you make a mil, that's 7 points.

You’d take that one and move it out of the Stardew folder (or wherever your Mods folder is). Then create a new Mods folder with all the mods for Grandpa’s Farm (and any other mods you want to play with). So when you want to play the save with Immersive Farm, make sure the Mods folder that has Immersive Farm is in the Stardew folder.
