Jan 1, 2020 · Got the TA units, connected them (or so I thought), and still no dice. Getting V53 errors, even after forcing the TiVos to reconnect to HQ. AND, no one told me until I called the CableCard folks, then I needed a splitter to send the cable signal both to the TiVo and the turning adapter(TA). AND, that a USB cable is to connect the TA to the TiVo.

We are having the same issue, have had 2 service calls, and today received a new cable card and high split converter. No change, after pairing/activating, still get the V58 message on all channels.

A tech has just tried to change the splitter and the cables in my house but signal is strong (every channel I test for strength has 94 or 95). The Xfinity people on the phone have send "hits" to the TiVo box but that does not change anything. Our internet still works and we can view Netflix, Hulu, etc over the TiVo Bolt just fine.
