Early Martin, Eddie, Roz jokes, Bulldog, Daphne fat jokes, the list goes on. Not to mention the slapstick (which I love). Frasier's reputation as some brilliantly written show that only geniuses can understand is frankly ridiculous.

But aside from that, I often find a Niles a bit more 'human' and relatable than Frasier. He's shy, less of a social butterfly, hardly ever the 'lucky one', funny, quick witted, intelligent, loyal, dependable, he loves animals and I love his sense of humor.
