I've only had my Resmed airsense 11 for a little less than two weeks and I was worried it wasn't updating cuz I was traveling for business and the cell signal is garbage for the carrier they use in my cpap. My phone service has full signal but my cpap only shows 1 bar. I was also unsure if the cpap stores more than 24 hrs of data. .
