It really depends on what heroes you have, I use 3 diffrent faction teams and put them against the enemies teams that are weak to said faction. I have 1 team with wilders Eironn as the DPS. 1 team with Graveborn Shemira and Ferael as DPS. And 1 team with lightbearers Belinda and Athalia as DPS.Lyca is best used with heroes who have strong control abilities, as her attack speed buff ensures that her allies perform their first rotation faster than the enemy.
