I actually only use 100% acetone now as I mostly work with gel polish and the non-acetone stuff is useless on gel. I also prefer to use cotton squares that are usually used in facials for removing product. They tend to have a little bit of a rougher texture and help remove the polish better. If you're using a diamond bit on a lower speed it's a bit harder to mash through living skin so I'd say give that a try.I only use pure acetone when doing cleanups so I can get clean lines. For the foil method, use cotton balls or pads and put your remover on them. Next, place it over the nail and make sure the entire nail is covered. Then, take a piece of foil and wrap the fingertip.
