Money now is a lot more valuable to you that money later. You should be able to finance at a more than decent rate (3% ish), even a used car. The rule I try to use is buy a used car with one thing wrong with it, which reduces its value.I already have an RTX4060 and an i5-10400F. My 4060 i doing its job well but my i5 is struggling to handle FSLTL traffic in big airports like JFK when playing with detailed aircraft. So what would be the optimal CPU to upgrade to that would handle FSLTL traffic comfortably at the biggest airports with detailed scenery and aircraft without it ....
