Dumbbell hip thrust - I always struggled with stabilisation in single leg hip thrusts and thus feeling them working my glutes properly. My solution was to just replace them with some barbell b-stance/staggered hip thrusts. Doing this allows me to train unilaterally but it's also waaay more stable than single leg so I'm getting the most out of the movement.
