That's not really an issue imo because a lot of spell based class have in-combat multiplier so while the value looks low, they do add up to provide a decent foundation that can scale into a decent number in combat. This new equipments, for now, can only be obtained from the new Albuera chests, which can be obtained by fighting Cire Momore or purchased on Kabrok Island with Wakfu Fragments.
