Ticker always sells them as today I turned down 5x for 180k offer as it was steep as I usually got them for 10x for 120k. Ticker has sometimes those, so go check every time you log in and log out (completely refreshes every 8 hours) The last time I checked (today) Ticker's Debt-Bonds, all 6 of the debt-bond options were Training and Shelter. A little earlier I looked, they were all Training/Shelter except 1 option with Medical. I don't remember Ticker being this bias to Training/Shelter in the past. This feels like a bug.
