For example, when you level up Kafka's ultimate from 9 to 10, it will increase her DoT dmg by 33% and that is alot! Personally I like Pela, especially if you have the tutorial LC for a 2 auto ult rotation. Shes a great unit and really easy to use. I have Ruan mei with her constellations but I still prefer using yukong over her. Assuming you have both Kafka and Swan, Sampo, Gui, Pela and Asta are the best alternatives.. Do pugs shed
