( WAFF) - A man barricaded themselves in a residence located in Arab on Tuesday morning. According to Arab police chief Shane Washburn, 44-year-old Joel Lee Brown forced his way into his ex-wife’s apartment shortly after 8 a.m. The ex-wife was able to get out of the residence.
