I replaced with Dorman 902-033, figuring it was a fix all unit that would last longer. I've properly filled and bled the cooling system, but can not get coolant temps past 170F. Filling to 2.5 quarts total also helps with the heat issue, and provides better lubrication of the 5-6 gear shaft.
